- Gather:
1 tsp Olive Oil
2-3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
150 g Tofu, cut into fingers
Chilli Flakes
Salt
½ medium Carrot, cut into thin strips
½ medium Radish, cut into thin strips
50 g Peanuts, crushed
8-10 Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped
75 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Sweet Onion - Fry:
Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame). Add garlic, tofu, chilli flakes and sauté for 2-3 minutes until tofu gets crisp and light brown. Season tofu with salt and take it out in a bowl.
- Assemble:
In a bowl add, carrot, radish, tofu, peanuts, coriander leaves and Sweet Onion dressing. Mix well and serve.
