The Beauty of Yosemite in all its seasons

Earlier this year, I got a chance to see Yosemite in the spring. It was a wonderful experience, as we saw Yosemite in all three seasons in just three days!

So, this post will be a photo compilation of all the different moods of Yosemite.

Yosemite in Spring

The first day, it was cold and raining.

Yosemite in Summer

Our second day there also started cool. We were bundled up in our jackets, but soon, the day turned warm and sunny. We couldn’t believe that the temperature and vibe of the place could change so drastically in such a short time.

We also explored Mariposa Grove, home to the Giant Sequoia trees. Mariposa doesn’t have the wonderful vistas that Yosemite offers, but the hikes were beautiful, the air was bracing and fresh, and I thoroughly enjoyed my hike there.

The towns in and around Yosemite are so quaint—full of vintage shops, random statues, and photo opportunities galore.

Yosemite in Fall

As the sun set in Yosemite, the colors seemed to change to a rich, red, autumnal hue.

Yosemite in Winter

Glacier Point in Yosemite was still snow-covered. It had snowed the previous night, and I was lucky to see fresh snow—something I hadn’t seen in this abundance before.

So, that was my trip to Yosemite. It just blew my mind away with its rugged and sometimes moody beauty.
