@Nish.
“And another thing” is very different from Artemis Fowl.
“And another thing” starts off where Douglas Adam’s last book left off ( I think that was “so long and thanks for all the fish” or “mostly harmless”). This is essentially a continuation of the “Hithchiker’s guide to the galaxy” series.
Aneet, that sounds very nice. I loved the “Hitchhiker” series of books. So, I should definitely pick this one.
I hope it has the same zany sense of humor 🙂
Have you tried “And another thing” – Eoin Colfer ??

Hi Aneet,
I have tried a couple of the Artemis Fowl books by Eoin Colfer. Somehow didn’t take to them too much.
But, this might be different. Thanks for the recco 🙂
Hi Nish – I’ve read many of your books but most were on last year’s list and I took it down – I had trouble with Daniel X -just couldn’t get into it and that surprised me. I absolutely adore Janet Evanovich and wish someone would bring Stephanie Plum to the big screen – I think Sandra Bullock would be great! I also enjoy Michael Connelly, Dean Koontz and was so saddened when Michael Crichton passed away. Well, happy reading! Cheers, Linda
Yes, most of these are not the latest and greatest. Unfortunately, in India, books take a little longer to be available in book stores. They come to the libraries even later. And then, the demand hugely outnumbers the supply. It takes ages for me to read what everyone else is talking about in the blogosphere 🙁
Good Idea!! I am going to copy this on my blog! You know what…I have not read a single book in this list…and most of the authors are also new……:-) now that does not happen to me too often!
Btw…tnx for visiting my blog and leaving commnets….just curious how did u hit upon it?
Thank you…looking forward to seeing your list. There are so many varieties of books in this world, so plenty remain unread. I hadn’t read most of the books in your blog too!
I am not sure how I stumbled upon your blog, I think I clicked on a link from sunnysideup…
