Why Women Need Colostrum Supplements

Today we’re going to look at cow/bovine colostrum supplements—which share similarities to mother’s milk—and see why colostrum is still worth taking as an adult.

They used either colostrum or whey protein during this. After the study period, scientists looked at the results and found that members who took colostrum had higher improvements in their lean body mass.
