I’ve never shared an in-box with anyone in my life. I didn’t expect it to feel so…intimate. It’s as if we’re suddenly sharing an underwear drawer or something.
– I’ve Got Your Number – Sophie Kinsella
Totally fun, hilarious book that I highly recommend for chick-lit lovers. Book review coming up soon.
Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
I loved this book! and funny enough, that was the quote that I used in my review haha

I loved this book! It was funny, timely, and smart. A new character to follow; I hope Kinsella will write more books with her. Here’s MY TUESDAY MEMES POST
@laurelrainsnow: I loved this book too. Poppy and Sam are such great characters. Not sure though if Kinsella is planning to continue them in future books. It ended on a fairly standalone note…but then I never visualized the Shopaholic books as a series either, so who knows?
Looks fun, why would they share an inbox? Check out my TT @ This Is How Its Supposed To Be
@Catherine: You should read the book or my review to find that out 🙂 preferably, the book because it IS a lot of fun.
I get confused. Is Sophie Kinsella the shopaholic author? I can’t read those books, but this sounds like fun. Here’s Mine
@Paulita: Yes, she’s the shopaholic author. She does have a formula, but I liked this book because the heroine is not as flaky as Becky Bloomwood from the Shopaholic series.
Sounds like a fun read. Here’s ours: http://www.ourstack.blogspot.com/2012/10/tuesday-teasers-thriller-and-juvenile.html
Thanks for sharing your teaser, sounds like a fun book!
Here’s mine: I love Dan Brown
