It is the loss of a generation of political Kennedy’s. I was a little girl in Texas when the President was shot and I campaigned for Bobby in Calif. when he was shot. Ted had a big job being the father figure to his brothers children. Bobby left 11 kids and the President left 2. A family with so much tragedy.

Yes, I can imagine that it would have been quite a loss for him. And being the younger one, he would have looked up to them a lot.
It is also rather shocking that his death never made it to the newspapers here, I have been reading about it on the internet…
