Interesting Article about Food and Money

The following para from the article really seems to make a lot of sense to me :

Various studies (and common sense) suggest that eating well pays off in a number of ways.

If you eat right, you’ll have more energy. That makes you more likely to succeed at work and earn more money. Then, you’ll be able to afford better food, stay healthy and spend less on medical costs. And the virtuous circle continues.

Hmm…it also helps if organizations enable workers to make healthier food choices. Most office cafeterias serve really poor quantity high-calorie food.

Thankfully, my current organization really believes in investing in employee health…however that is definitely not the case with a majority of the companies.
