Cauvery Emporium on MG Road is having a sale of rosewood and sandalwood furniture the whole of January.
We went there on Sunday after a leisurely breakfast at Koshy’s with friends, followed by a walk in Cubbon Park.
Although we were pretty tired by the time we reached Cauvery, we were amazed by some of the stuff they had displayed.
They have it all – from lacquered dining tables, swing sets, sofas, pooja mantaps and more at a 25 % discount.
We absolutely loved one of the huge rosewood dining tables, but unfortunately, it is just a bit too big for our house. In addition, considering how destructive our daughter is currently, it just doesn’t make much sense for us to invest in quality furniture.
