Yup, I am still looking back at 2016. January is not yet done, so I am allowed, I think. Anyway, recently, I posted my favorite books that I read in 2016, and now I want to talk about other memorable experiences last year. Brace yourselves, this is going to be a long one.
The first weekend of the year has been action-packed and beyond hectic. My weekends are anyway usually full with horse-riding classes for Piglet and art classes for Snubnose. And now I have added an activity for Coco as well.
I was scrolling through old photos on my iPhone a couple of days back when I found a gem. A photo of our darling Coco taken a couple of days before we decided to bring him home.
He was hanging around with his brother, and this photo of the two of them together just pulled at my heart. It was just a few months ago that he was this tiny little thing that I would carry in the palm of my hand, and who would nap peacefully on my lap while I read.
I have been contemplating a blog layout change for quite some time. I’ve generally been feeling pretty uninspired and (oh did I mention super-busy and distracted?) lately, and the blog has been suffering a bit.
I do hope that a layout and theme change helps me to be a little more active on this space. As of now, the look is still a work in progress, and things are broken here and there, but already I feel better about the blog. I think it really needs this face-lift.
Having a pup around the house (yes, we have a pup, and a formal intro will come along later), has spurred us on to become a wee bit more active in our daily lives.
All of us have been spending more time outdoors playing with little Coco (our cutie lab), and last week, we kind of overreached ourselves and decided that we would take Coco with us on a hike up to Gudibanda fort.
